Believe in who you are
Believing in yourself is a pathway created, changed and adapted by you, as you build and expand your own knowing and knowledge and use those energies as a guide as you make your choices
Your degree of knowing shows how much you are able to listen to your 'inside self' and balance it with the 'outside self' using the knowledge of all your experiences.
Your knowing guides you... your head feeds you, and your brain is used to create, expand ideas, and solve problems... whatever the importance is... and you pull all of that together into the pure centre of who you are and use all of that to create your healthy balanced world.
Isn't that a fantastic talent to have, to use, and to own?
When you become more conscious of who you are, and how you live, you pay more attention to the body and mind and blend the energies into Oneness. You know you are supported as these energies flow in harmony through your whole body. It is the energy of earth coming up through your feet to above your head and your own Pure Source/Divine Light energy flowing fully through you.
These energies meet in the centre of the sternum - I call this your 'Pure Center/Source'. Your Pure Source together with earth can expand you/your energy in all directions.
These energies do not control you - they are yours to own and use to strengthen your own true self. As it expands it 'feeds' your head and mind, your heart and spine, your body and your feet. It is a flow of Light. This is where you create and form your beliefs.
Your body is always aware of the emotional and mental weight when you 'create/carry' energy 'not true to you' e.g. judgement, attitudes, negative thinking, mental, resentment. This is often when people shut down, feel 'lost' /unbalanced. When ignored, those 'energies' can continue to grow in capacity and weight, creating even more discomfort and pain. Then the doubt comes in... believing in self seems to disappear.
You are always in the process of letting go the OLD and opening to the NEW, sometimes blocking and sometimes (hopefully) allowing all to be.
Please remember - the flow of your beautiful energy is always there to support you mind and your body.
The energy of your Being self never shrinks...It is always full! It is always there for you. It is the mind that controls.
Thank goodness we have access to medical systems, amazing professionals who help many people deal with some of the physical situations and problems. But! "Do they fully fix it?" Both the body and the energy need support.
A story here.....
The civilisation known as Lemuria was remembered for using their knowledge to expand and 'prove' what they felt was 'right' for them - and everybody else at that time. They were the beginning of the more modern, amazing scientists we still see in our current world. Once they 'proved' what was 'right' scientifically, the political powers then sought to ban the common man's wisdom and knowing. Everything had to be scientifically proven or 'could not be used'.
KNOWING was blocked and KNOWLEDGE became a power and the overpowering energy. They never found true balance... that has become our role!
Knowing and the knowledge together create a balance never seen before in any civilisation. We can do this. It is not difficult, it brings another dimension into 'play' and expands the possibilities a thousand fold.
That is what the new children are capable of changing, and are asking us to support them in growing, expanding and gaining this expansion and oneness for all.
Our generations came in to be the changemakers - to finish the OLD, those aggressive ways of warring and powering-over, so the new children/people can use their talents and gifts to create a better world for all.
Can you believe in the truth of who you are, and recognise these energies in the children, their Being and purpose for being here. They are our teachers. I know that!
