Your Own Spirit Being Energy
You are a Light Being born with your own Spirit Being energy.
You have had access to that every day of your life..... it 'feeds' you, your physical body and mind and brain.
When you were born into the care of your 'parents' you were a Spirit Being and that Spirit Being energy has been available to you every day of your life! An amazing statement! Whatever has happened in your life that Spirit Being energy is still with you! You may have pushed it away for reasons known/or unknown to yourself. This happens when you are not living your own Pure Truth. You may have lived 'what' seemed to be okay or what seemed to be 'better than' you/yours! You may have pushed it away and given the power to your mind to do and get everything that you have wanted and tried to live those choices... and the outcomes?
Your mind has been active everyday of your life to some degree or in some way - often based on the beliefs, values, ethics, morals and principles of the family, society, culture and often religion/cult/sect you were born into. You have grown up with that. That mind /your mind has built its control over you and your body. For many this shows in a physical form, tension stress etc. Do you want your mind to overpower you? What does that mean for you in making your choices now?
Your body has also been with you everyday of your life and you have probably strengthened your balance, flexibility, and the prowess in learning particular activities/sports and have enjoyed all of that. Your body has also had to carry what has been 'put on it' by other aspects of how you have lived (culture, society) as well as the family lines (if they have not been cleared). Your body has also had to carry the effects/affects and the energetic weight of all of that.
The older generations carried so much and their physical bodies showed that.....that energy is not their truth....it is all created energy OLD. Thankfully the 'new' children do not do that at all! It is not theirs... they do not carry anything!
You are the 'changemakers'... learning and showing that we do not need to 'wear' anything. You give it to the Light and your Spirit Being shows you more of the truth of who you are.
YOU - the Light Beings - DO NOT CARRY ANYTHING!
You were born a Being of Love - shown to you and shared with you from the moment you were born.
You were born a Being of KNOWING - resonate with that in everyday, every moment.
You were born a Being of LIGHT - showing you the way forward.
You are born a Being of WISDOM - which opens when you look to make your choices!
You are a Being of your own TRUTH - you have this as a choice in every moment, comfortable or not!
When you were born you had clear open possibilities for using your Spirit Being, Mind and Body together!
The Spirit Being never interfered - it provided you energy to support the needs you showed.
The Mind learned how to be active and expand and keep expanding becoming enthusiastic or/and learning to hide areas difficult to manage and understand.
The Physical Body had to grow and become physically active - playing, exercising and learned how to carry what was 'brought in' through family lines or/and how to continue that/those was expected.
As you grew and learned how to use each of the three bodies you also found other ways to manage e.g. the head and mind which may have built its power and overloaded the body with little sense other than what the mind decreed. When that happens/ed i.e. if the mind controls/ed all, you may have found it all became harder and harder to make your own personal choices with that sense of 'knowing'. The choices you may have made have then became driven by the mind's mental and emotional energies which were outcomes of the choices made in the past.
Never forget that you are always guided by the gifts given at birth... Love, Knowing, Wisdom, Truth, and probably many more!
When you use the Spirit Being, your Mind and your body work together more and more. This brings a freedom, harmony and balance in all you do. Every part of you is active - your Knowing, Wisdom, Light and Love together Everything works together as ONE.
Life is in flow.
EXTRA: Looking at our world - you can see how/when the 'political minds' look to overpower people/countries/places for what they 'want /need' e.g. power/land etc.
This can be similar in what you see of/for yourself! Where does your own mind take you when you give it too much power/control and use that mind energy to control/manage/manipulate people/situations?
